Advance to phase 2 

Level Up in Two Phases

The program begins with a Foundation Series focused on strategic clarity, progressing to an exclusive 1:1 Advisory and Mentorship Phase reserved for select companies.

Phase 1: The Foundation Phase

A four-week series of live workshops and weekly assignments designed to bring your materials to a professional standard. To be considered for Phase 2 you must complete all workshops, assignments and submissions on time so the advisory team can evaluate readiness based on real progress.

Phase 2: The Advisory Phase

A smaller group will receive individualized coaching with Renew Capital’s investment professionals to refine strategy, prepare deal structures and engage investors. Selection is based on demonstrated readiness and active participation in Phase 1.

  • Timeline: November 20 to December 11, 2025, Thursdays at 12 PM CAT.
  • Format: One live session per week plus assignments and feedback.
  • Platform: Zoom for workshops and Renew Capital training platform for resources and recordings.

          Week 1: Investor readiness and framing your raise
          Week 2: Financial discipline and core KPIs
          Week 3: Financial model and data room
          Week 4: Fundraising strategy and negotiation
